A fruity twist on an Amaretto Sour.

  • 50 ml Amaretto
  • 25 ml Blood Orange Syurp
  • 1 Egg White
  • 15 ml Lime Juice

  1. Add all the liquid ingredients into the shaker

  2. Shake hard for 10 seconds

  3. Add a scoop of ice

  4. Shake hard for another 10 seconds

  5. Fine strain over fresh cubed ice into your favourite glass

  6. Garnish with a playing card
