Passionfruit sour 1

Passionfruit & Amaretto, what's not to love?

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Fine Strainer
  • 50 ml Amaretto
  • 25 ml Passionfruit Syrup
  • 1 Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  2. Shake hard for 10 seconds

  3. Add a scoop of ice

  4. Shaker hard for another 10 seconds

  5. Fine strain into a coupe

  6. Place 3 dashes of Angostura bitters on top, and run a skewer through them to create hearts.
