However, with this tasty kitchen cupboard raided Indoors Colada you can hopefully be transported to those summer holiday vibes.

Ingredients

75g Pineapple
50g Coconut Milk or Cream
50ml Spiced Rum (or use white Rum for a traditional Pine Colada flavour)
5 Ice cubes

Method

Throw the Pineapple, coconut cream, rum and ice into a blender and pulse until combined. If you’re using coconut cream, I recommend that you include a couple of spoons of the pineapple juice from the tin into the blender as the cream is considerably thicker than coconut milk.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
