Spiced Pear

Inspired by the beautiful spices and ingredients, used to mull wine and cider. A Christmas twist on a classic Collins.

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Gin
  • 25 ml Pear Syrup
  • 15 ml Honey Syrup
  • Half of 1 Lemon
  • Spices (Star Anise, Cloves & Cinnamon Stick)
  • Soda Water

Instructions
 

  • Add gin, cloves and star anise to shaker, swirl and set aside to infuse.
  • Create lemon peel garnish and set aside.
  • Take back shaker and add liqueur, syrups and lemon juice.
  • Fill shaker with ice and shake.
  • Strain over fresh ice.
  • Top with a splash of soda.
  • Garnish with lemon and cinnamon stick.
