Spiced Pear
Inspired by the beautiful spices and ingredients, used to mull wine and cider. A Christmas twist on a classic Collins.
Equipment
- 1 Cocktail Shaker
Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin
- 25 ml Pear Syrup
- 15 ml Honey Syrup
- Half of 1 Lemon
- Spices (Star Anise, Cloves & Cinnamon Stick)
- Soda Water
Instructions
- Add gin, cloves and star anise to shaker, swirl and set aside to infuse.
- Create lemon peel garnish and set aside.
- Take back shaker and add liqueur, syrups and lemon juice.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of soda.
- Garnish with lemon and cinnamon stick.
