How It Works

How our virtual cocktail making classes work step by step.

First things first, let's secure the date and time that you would like the virtual cocktail-making class. You can do this by simply contacting our team of event coordinators.

Most organisers book with us approximately 10 days prior to the event, however, we will try and accommodate last-minute bookings wherever possible.

You can either choose a package that you see on our website, in our brochure or your dedicated events coordinator will work with you to create a package that is perfect for your requirements and budget. So whether you want the most cost-effective option to fill 60 minutes or you want the most extravagant experience within just 30 minutes we will have something for you.

Guest information can be provided to us via our CSV template or online booking form. At least 2 days prior to the virtual cocktail-making class, your guests will receive the ingredient and equipment packs via a fully tracked courier service.

Guests are provided tracking numbers and our team are on hand 7 days per week to deal with any address changes or last-minute additions.

Guests will be sent an email with masterclass joining instructions. If using our Zoom account they will be placed into a waiting room and admitted by our mixologist.

During the cocktail making masterclass, the mixologist will show your guests how to create the cocktails and answer any questions they have during the class. It's a completely live and interactive experience, but the mixologist will be on hand to control the group and keep the flow going. They are great at dealing with any crowd, but let us know if you have any special requests.

When using our Zoom account the mixologist will keep the meeting running for as long as possible to allow time for guests to move on. If guests which to recreate the cocktails they will have access to recipes via our online portal.

How far do you deliver the cocktail making ingredients and equipment?

Boozy Events are based in the UK but we ship the kits all over the world. We have hosted cocktail-making classes for guests in over 60 countries.

How many people can be part of the masterclass?

We have no limit on the number of people that can join a private virtual cocktail-making masterclass, however, we do have a minimum order of 5 guests.

Is your virtual cocktail making class covered by an insurance policy?

Yes. For peace of mind, our cocktail-making classes are covered by a £5,000,000 public liability insurance policy.

How long does a virtual cocktail making class last?

Our cocktail-making classes can run for between 15 minutes to over 2 hours. But add-on a quiz and interactive segments and we can create an experience that'll last all night.

What alcohol is provided in the ingredient packs?

It varies depending on the menu and your guest's dietary requirements, but on average the cocktails contain 50ml of alcohol.

I have guests that do not drink alcohol, what do they receive?

You can mix and match our no-alcohol and alcohol-included cocktails within the same cocktail-making class. Everyone makes the same cocktails. Those who do not drink alcohol will be sent either syrups or no-alcohol spirits with the same flavour as the omitted alcohol.

What do the guests need to provide?

Most classes will require a cocktail shaker, sharp knife and glasses to drink from. Additionally they will need to provide ice or if they are outside of the UK, fruit too.

Do we need to supply the ingredients?

No. To ensure all the guests have the proper ingredients we will send every guest who is taking part an ingredient pack containing (almost*) everything they'll need. This often works out much easier and cheaper than sourcing ingredients yourselves.

What does delivery cost?

UK delivery is included in the prices shown on this page. International delivery rates vary from country to country but expect to pay around £30 for the US, between £20 and £40 for Europe and up to £60 for Asia.

Can you provide glassware?

Yes. We can supply either polycarbonate (glass-like) glassware or actual glass.

Do you host corporate classes?

Yes. The majority of events we host are for corporates. We are trusted by companies like Amazon, Microsoft and Google to host events for their employees and clients.
