Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n

    Ingredients
    <\/div>  <\/h3>
    • 50<\/span> ml<\/span> Gin<\/span><\/li>
    • Juice of Half a Lemon<\/span><\/li>
    • 1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Honey<\/span><\/li>
    • 10<\/span> ml<\/span> Warm Water<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

      Instructions

      • Add honey to shaker and mix with 10ml of warm water. Stir until honey becomes runny.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Add gin and lemon juice to shaker.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Fill shaker with ice and shake.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Strain drink into coupe glass.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Garnish with fan of lemon on rim (or a twist of lemon, if short on time).<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
