  • 1 Cocktail Shaker<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n

    Ingredients
    <\/div>  <\/h3>
    • 50<\/span> ml<\/span> Gin<\/span><\/li>
    • 25<\/span> ml<\/span> Pear Syrup<\/span><\/li>
    • 15<\/span> ml<\/span> Honey Syrup<\/span><\/li>
    • Half of 1 Lemon<\/span><\/li>
    • Spices (Star Anise, Cloves & Cinnamon Stick)<\/span><\/li>
    • Soda Water<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

      Instructions
      <\/div> <\/h3>
      • Add gin, cloves and star anise to shaker, swirl and set aside to infuse.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Create lemon peel garnish and set aside.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Take back shaker and add liqueur, syrups and lemon juice.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Fill shaker with ice and shake.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Strain over fresh ice.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Top with a splash of soda.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Garnish with lemon and cinnamon stick.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
