Passionfruit Sour
Passionfruit & Amaretto, what's not to love?
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Fine Strainer
Ingredients
- 50 ml Amaretto
- 25 ml Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 Angostura Bitters
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake hard for 10 seconds
- Add a scoop of ice
- Shaker hard for another 10 seconds
- Fine strain into a coupe
- Place 3 dashes of Angostura bitters on top, and run a skewer through them to create hearts.
