Jam Packed
Muddled limes complete this bramble collins style cockail.
Equipment
- Muddler
Ingredients
- 50 ml Vodka
- 25 ml Creme De Cassis
- 15 g Blackcurrant Jam
- 15 ml Simple Syurp
- 100 ml Soda
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- Cut your lime in eight pieces and add these to the bottom of your glass
- Using your muddler, bash and push the juice from the limes
- Top with ice
- Add your vodka, creme de cassis and simple syrup
- Stir to combine
- Add extra ice cubes if required and top up with your chosen soda
- Lastly, garnish with some blackberries
