Spiced Pear
Inspired by the beautiful spices and ingredients, used to mull wine and cider. A Christmas twist on a classic Collins.
- 50 ml Gin
- 25 ml Pear Syrup
- 15 ml Honey Syrup
- Half of 1 Lemon
- Spices (Star Anise, Cloves & Cinnamon Stick)
- Soda Water
Add gin, cloves and star anise to shaker, swirl and set aside to infuse.
Create lemon peel garnish and set aside.
Take back shaker and add liqueur, syrups and lemon juice.
Fill shaker with ice and shake.
Strain over fresh ice.
Top with a splash of soda.
Garnish with lemon and cinnamon stick.
