The Joker
A fruity twist on an Amaretto Sour.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Amaretto
- 25 ml Blood Orange Syurp
- 1 Egg White
- 15 ml Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add all the liquid ingredients into the shaker
- Shake hard for 10 seconds
- Add a scoop of ice
- Shake hard for another 10 seconds
- Fine strain over fresh cubed ice into your favourite glass
- Garnish with a playing card
